Begin construction of park recreational improvements. o Phase 3: Complete final design of Stormwater Capture and Infiltration plans, construction and post-construction tasks, including performance testing, startup commissioning, and operator training and support. The Design-Builder shall provide an approach to a phased construction of all project components and a project schedule, including phases 1, 2, and 3.
