Reference number: 1770992 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-11-06 As part of its asset maintenance master plan, the Commission of the National Capital of Quebec, hereinafter, THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, wishes to launch a call for tenders relating to the waterproofing work on the foundations of the janitor's house at the Cataraqui estate. The work to be carried out consists, without limitation, of: 1. Carrying out excavation work, to allow the completion of stone masonry repointing work and the waterproofing of stone and concrete foundations; 2. The evacuation of surplus excavations from the site; 3. Carry out the supply and installation work of a new agricultural drain to be connected to a new dry well (see plans); 4. Carry out backfilling work following foundation waterproofing work; 5. Carry out turfing and stone dusting work in the areas affected by the work; 6. Carry out work to protect existing trees, the interpretation panel and the masonry pilasters of the wooden gallery during the work; 7. Carry out demolition work on a wooden gallery; 8. Carry out the removal and reinstallation work of a wooden stoop. For reinstallation, provide for the supply and installation of screw piles and an angle iron screwed to the foundation wall; 9. Remove and reinstall gutter downspouts and window copings; 10. Carry out temporary protection and heating work to allow work to proceed.
