Remove and dispose of debris collected during the cleaning. Comply with all applicable state and local laws and ordinances related to the hauling, handling, and disposal of materials. Clean the work site daily of all debris, nails, et cetera. Clean the entire area sweep it with a magnet to remove nails on ground (at the end of the project). Remove all roofing debris and nails from the gutters. Question Deadline 10/30/2023 at 6:00 PM ET KCDC will not accept questions via telephone. Post questions to electronically. Suppliers must be properly licensed by the State of Tennessee and all other authorities having authority. Throughout the term of this contract, the supplier shall keep the required licensure. Liquidated damages shall apply at $100.00 per calendar day for each day beyond the scheduled completion date and such provision shall be included in the contract for construction. However, KCDC will consider explanatory information if it provides a valid reason for delays in schedule. KCDC reserves the right to revise any insurance requirement, including but not limited to, limits, coverages, and endorsements based on changes in scope of work/specifications, insurance market conditions affecting the availability or affordability of coverage.
