Bell Standpipe Rehabilitation Site Directions: Half Mile East of Intersection of CRE890/S4729 on E890 Adair County (Stilwell, OK.) Paint interior and exterior of standpipe and perform miscellaneous rehabilitation. Project is located in Adair County. Tank location is approximately one half mile east of the intersection of County Road 890 and County Road E890 on E890 (Stilwell, OK.) Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as Bell Standpipe Rehabilitation and the envelope should bear on the outside the BIDDER'S name, address, and license number, if applicable, and the name of the project for which the BID is submitted. The work covered in these CONTRACT DOCUMENTS generally consists of: 1. Removal of existing exterior surface coatings, surface repair, preparation, and painting. 2. Installation of exterior graphics and/or lettering. 3. Removal of interior (wet) surface coatings, surface repair, preparation, and painting. 4. Containment and disposal of all removed coatings and spent blast media. 5. Remove existing and replace new chain link fence. 6. Install new 30" manway. 7. Repair/replace interior ladder. 8. Install new interior Saf-T climb. 9. Extend inlet piping and install passive mixing system. 10. Misc. Items to include: a. Remove cabling from ladder handrail. b. Replace overflow mesh screen. c. Tighten existing exterior ladder saf-t climb. d. Caulk around base of tank. 11. Inspection testing and documentation of work. 12. Cleaning and disinfection prior to returning tank to public service.
