A. Work of the Project includes construction of a fire station which includes sleeping area, apparatus bay, office area, and site paving. B. Perform Work of Contract under stipulated sum Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract. Bidders planning on attending the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference must possess the following License Classification: COMMERCIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid and Additional Bid Items (ABI) and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana, equal to 100% of the Contract amount, including Additional Bid Items (ABI), if applicable. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and in accordance with directives and guidance published in Louisiana Public Bid Law.
