The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: -Renovation and addition of an existing 6,961 sq.ft. Fire Station -The project includes removing the exterior walls of the dorm and lockers rooms to expand the station. New layouts to include individual dorms, expanded kitchen and day room, new locker rooms, and renovated dispatch. -New interior finishes and updated electrical and HVAC equipment throughout. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Roseville". *The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal that, in the opinion of the Owner, will serve his best interest.
