wastewater lagoon rehabilitation project to wit: Reconstruct earthen dikes using off-site, unclassified borrow. Install 60 mil HDPE textured liner on the new slopes. The Town of Drummond reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner The Town of Drummond reserves the right to withhold any contract award subject to the availability of funds. Non-Collusion and Business Relationship forms must be signed, notarized and returned with bid or bid will not be accepted.
