Scope includes installation of two (2) 19.2kW dual unit Level 2 chargers, electrical service panel structure, meter base, service panel, conduit, conductors, grounding, foundations, EV chargers, testing of completed installation, plus site removals and restoration. All questions are to be directed to John Griffith, Superintendent, Electric Department at 231-547-3273 The City of Charlevoix reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, waive technicalities, and to accept the quotation deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Charlevoix. The City of Charlevoix is requesting bids to provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary for the installation of two 19.2kW Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The EV charger installation will be in the Mason Street Parking Lot in downtown Charlevoix. Scope of work includes installation of meter base, service panel, conduit, conductor, foundations, guard posts and electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The City of Charlevoix will complete all necessary work for utility transformer installation or replacement, primary (15kV) conduit and cabling. EV chargers (manufacturer to be determined) will be purchased by the City of Charlevoix.
