This Project Includes All Labor, Equipment, and Materials Necessary to Construct the Following: The Removal and Replacement of Approximately 29,000 Sqft of Concrete Walks, Approximately 3,200 Ft of Concrete Curb and Gutter, Remove And Install 15 New Concrete Inlets and Approximately 100 Sqyd of Valley Gutter Including Ada Ramps; Meet Ada Standards; Work Zone Traffic Control; and Other Miscellaneous Work. Start Date: January 2, 2024. Completion Date: June 14, 2024. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 - $2,000,000. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check Equivalent to 10% of the Proposal Payable to the City of Medford, to Guarantee That if a Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into and Its Performance Secured. All of the Provisions of Section 279c.800 Through 279c.870 Ors, as Amended by Senate Bill 477, Relating To Wage Rates to Be Paid on All Contracts for Public Works in This State Must Be Complied With and the Statement Attesting to the Contractor's Willingness to Do So Must Be Signed and Submitted With the Bid The City of Medford May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements, and May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon a Finding of The Agency That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
