Shower repairs at the Youth Treatment Center located at 225 11th Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. 12 total shower rooms will be repaired conducted in 4 phases so that three restrooms are operational at all times. A signed Bond with seal for the full amount of the Bid, meeting the requirements of section 153.54 to 153.57, Ohio Revised code, OR a certified check payable to the Lucas County Treasurer for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, must be included with each bid or the bid will be disqualified. Bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within thirty (30) days of contract award.
