Richmond Hospital Sleep Lab Renovation. RH Sleep lab is located at the 3rd floor of North Tower building. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the project is underway. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required geotechnical and environmental consultants. Further update in late 2023, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for acute care projects greater than $150K are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for acute care projects greater than $150K. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines must use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): mechanical; electrical.
