Rio Blanco County (the "County or Owner") is seeking a Contractor for the Rio Blanco County Radino Interior Painting Project (the "Project") at 403 North White Ave. Rangely, Colorado. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services. Rio Blanco County Radino Interior Painting Project Located at: Rio Blanco Radino Senior Center, 403 North White Ave., Meeker, CO 81648. Bid bond coverage to be determined as a percentage of the total bid. Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Project Agreement Question Deadline 10/16/2023 at 5:00 PM MT All Bidders must examine the sites and become familiar with all site conditions. Any questions regarding this project are directed via email exclusively to RBC Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Mark Litzelman before at the email address mark.litzelman@rbc.us, with the following email subject: 2023 RBC Radino Interior Painting Project - IFB Question. Time is of the essence, and any Bid received after the Bid Due Date and time for submission, whether by mail or otherwise, may be rejected and retained by the County unopened and will not be returned to the Bidder. This project shall start after October 30, 2023, and be completed by December 15, 2023, pending delays due to adverse conditions. County reserves the right, without notice and at reasonable times, to inspect the work accomplished by the Contractor under this Agreement. The right of inspection reserved in the County is for the protection of the County in assuring that the work is proceeding in a timely and satisfactory manner and does not relieve the Contractor from responsibility for selecting appropriate means of fulfilling its obligations hereunder.
