The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a CHSLD which remains occupied during the duration of the work. Building activities are continuous 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The work consists of, but is not limited to: - Provision of all required non-construction permits, including related documents; - Demolition of elements; - Temporary work; - Containment work related to infection control; - Containment work relating to the safety of users; - Drilling; - Coordination of the work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by the contractor; - Participates in weekly meetings with the project manager and other meetings as requested; - Waste removal; - Daily and final cleaning of the site; - Provision of documentation documents and closure of the construction site.
