Project Location: Fox Run Golf Links - Elk Grove Park District, 333 Plum Grove Road, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 All interpretations and requests for interpretations of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing no later than 10 am October 19th, 2023. Any addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents. Contact Jeremy Duncan, Head Greenkeeper-Fox Run Golf Links, Elk Grove Park District, 847-228-3541 with any general questions regarding this project. Bids shall be submitted only on the Bid Form provided. The Bid Form must be completed in full and all total prices must include all work as stated in the specifications. All Bids Submitted will be considered firm for a period of 60 days from the bid opening date. All Bidders are required to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Park District, that they are capable and able to complete the work as required in the specifications. Each bidder shall submit with his Bid, proof that he satisfactorily performed work of a similar nature to that specified within the preceding two years, together with the locations and the names of the responsible individuals in charge of such projects. certified payroll is required on this project for both general and subcontractors. Removal of old station from existing structure - Acceptance of delivery of station upon arrival, off-loading, and transportation to installation location. - Set-up of new station, pumps, motors and panel. - Watertronics 1200 gpm station with filter and controls, specifications listed below. - Connection to existing Flanged drop pipe in pump house. - Hatch removal and Reinstallation. - Electrical work for disconnection of main power supply to current pump station and reconnection.
