The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive electronic bids from a licensed and qualified Contractor. The bid shall include all materials and labor necessary to construct a stone retaining/freestanding wall at 83 West Bridge St. This project includes concrete & masonry work, maintenance of traffic plan and site restoration. As a bidder, you must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation you intend to bid electronically on before bidding. Note: Navigation of the service is FREE unless you select a solicitation for bidding and complete your purchase. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. To submit Bid Bonds electronically, please ensure your company and your bonding agent's company register with one of the following Bid Bond agencies affiliated with the service: Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this Project. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
