The Texas General Land Office ("GLO") and Veterans Land Board ("VLB") (collectively the "GLO/VLB") seek proposals from entities to provide various furniture items, as detailed in Exhibit F, Project Details, to furnish the Texas State Veterans Home located in Fort Worth, Texas (the "Project"). The items solicited under this Solicitation shall be for the use of residents at the Tuskegee Airmen Texas State Veterans Home at 2200 Joe B Rushing Road, Fort Worth, Texas, 76119 (the "Home"). The Project is divided into four furniture packages: (1) Resident Beds; (2) Resident Room and Living Room Furniture; (3) Office Furniture; and (4) Outdoor Patio Furniture. Respondents may provide pricing for one or more packages; however, Respondents must bid on a package in its entirety. The Home is a nursing care facility and all furnishings in the Home must be appropriate for that environment and application. The GLO/VLB's specifications for this purchase dictate that the furniture be constructed with extremely durable, institutional-grade steel frames, scratch and water-resistant finishes, and antimicrobial materials, while also providing an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable environment to the residents of the Veterans Home.
