No definite date for the rebid.** Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) all labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits and taxes necessary to complete construction of boundary fencing for King Clone Ecological Reserve. The location of services shall be performed at King Clone Ecological Reserve, Lucerne Valley, San Bernardino County, California, 92356. License Required: A or B with the following requirement: C-13 Contract Term Date: Upon Department of General Services approval through June 30, 2024. For general questions pertaining to the bidding requirements, please contact Mimi Matthews at 916-838-7319. For site location questions, email Jason.hwan@wildlife.ca.gov. Bids of $5,000 and over shall have enclosed, a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or a Bidder's Bond executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in any bid. Bidders claiming the five percent (5%) preference must commit to subcontract at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the net bid price with one or more California certified small businesses. Completed certification applications and required support documents for subcontracts must be submitted to the office of Small Business and DVBE Services (OSDS) no later than 5:00 p.m. on the bid due date, and the OSDS must be able to approve the application as submitted.
