Scope of Work The principle representative of the eventually chosen firm is expected to assist, provide guidance and suggestions to the Carter County Health Department. Communications for this project shall be between the principal architect/engineer and the Carter County Health Department Director, Caroline Chinouth (423) 543-2521. Services could include, planning, design, and/or construction. Carter County is seeking professional services to include, but not limited to the following: Grade existing lot to detour water away from the building Access Control- Install two doors in the hallway and equip with key fob to limit patient access Repair and clean portion of the existing duct work. Under state law, the County Clerk serves as the clerk of the countys legislative body (County Commission). As such, they are tasked with all of the administrative duties related to the Commission, such as the recording of minutes, publishing of agendas, and providing adequate public notice of meetings. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. If you have questions regarding when and where meeting notices and agendas are posted, you need to contact the office of County Clerk Mary Gouge at 423-542-1815.
