The Town of Farmington is seeking bids from qualified bidders to perform janitorial services for the following buildings: Town Hall (located at 1 Monteith Drive), Staples House (located at 2 Monteith Drive), Youth Center Front Building (located at 23 School Street, Unionville), Farmington Police Department (located at 319 New Britain Avenue, Unionville), Senior/Community Center (located at 321 New Britain Avenue, Unionville), Westwood Golf Course Clubhouse (located at 7 Westwoods Drive), and the Water Pollution Control Facility - Administrative & Maintenance Buildings and Record Storage (located at 1 Westerberg Drive). The successful bidder will be responsible for the execution of all cleaning requirements as specified in the bid documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items or the total bid, and to waive any or all informalities or technical defects, if it is deemed by the Town to be in its best interest to do so. All insurance shall be evidenced by a certificate of insurance showing that the Vendors insurance is in full force and the carrier shall notify the Town that the policies shall not be canceled with less than 30 days written notice to the Vendor and the Town.
