The Precast MH to meet ASTM C-476 Tar coated IN and OUT with 5" walls. 3. Ring and cover to be equal to USF-170E. 4. All Clay material to be hauled off and backfilled with A-3 Material. 5. Old 10" Clay line to be cleaned and blocked off at the existing MH's and filled fill with grout or flowable fill. 6. All backfill to be compacted to 95% where the new line is laid.
