The City of Riverside ("City") seeks a qualified entity ("Company") to provide architectural design for the renovation of the Cesar E. Chavez Community Center, located at 2060 University Avenue, Riverside CA 92507. The scope of the project is generally described as providing complete architectural design services from conceptual, construction documents, construction administration through project closeout. Services will include, but not limited to meeting with staff as required to develop a Conceptual Design as the basis for preparation and submission of construction documents for City of Riverside Building Department review and permitting. The selected Company will be required to prepare the required documentation for presentation to the City of Riverside Cultural Heritage Board, (CHB) for a Certificate of Appropriateness of the Company's design. The selected Company will be required to attend two public presentations and one presentation with the Riverside City Council. The selected Company will provide design Services and Construction Administration Services for the project, through Project Certificate of Completion. Additional services are more specifically identified in Attachment A, Scope of Services. Final Questions Due 11/21/2023 Before 02:00PM PT All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP must be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's Electronic Bidding System The City reserves the right to amend, withdraw and cancel this RFP. The City reserves the right to request or obtain additional information about any and all submittals before making an award. The City also reserves the right to seek clarification from any Company about any statement in its proposal that the City finds ambiguous. The total PROJECT BUDGET shall not exceed $25 million. This amount is inclusive of architectural fees, construction costs, all soft and a 15% construction contingency.
