As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. Any questions or inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal must be made in writing by October 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. to the Hudson County Purchasing Agent, Division of Purchasing, County of Hudson, Administration Annex Building, and 567 Pavonia Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 by email to questions.purchasing@henj.us. Please do not submit questions piece- meal. Kindly collate any and all questions into one document and submit that document to the Qualified Purchasing Agent. Multiple submissions by one respondent may not be answered. No questions will be considered if they are received after the designated time. The successful vendor will receive a contract for work anticipated to be completed in a 9-month period, with all work to be completed no later than 5/31/2024, with the final day of the contract 8/1/2024. The County reserves the right to investigate, contact or otherwise inquire as to the accuracy and completeness of any and all information furnished by the respondent. The County reserves the right, pursuant to law, to reject any or all proposals, to ask or change the procurement process or schedule at any time, or to terminate the project for any reason.
