Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/20 12:00:00 PM NDT Services: Completion of the following reports for the purposes of future capital improvements and energy efficiency upgrades (see attached photos and location plan). 1. Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Phase I (as per Z768-01, current edition) and 2. Hazardous Materials Survey (HMS) on 4 buildings at 1-21 Marshall Court, Stephenville, NL Note: All units have individual fuel heating systems with individual fuel tanks. Previous testing has confirmed asbestos-containing drywall compound and 1 flooring type (see attached testing results). For the purposes of this project, confirm the number of flooring layers per room/area and number of roofing layers (use a representative sample to determine average for all buildings). The number of samples collected and analyzed shall be an accepted representation. Total cost shall include all travel, accommodations, shipping and laboratory costs, information-gathering and report preparation time and administration fees. Deliverables: The ESA Phase I & Hazardous Material Survey shall be submitted as separate reports in electronic copy. Commercial General Liability Insurance: Without restricting the generality of Section 5 - Indemnity hereof, the Contractor shall maintain, at its expense, Commercial General Liability Insurance acceptable to NLHC to protect NLHC against all liabilities or damages in respect of injuries to persons (including injuries resulting in death) in the minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) with respect to the operations of the Contractor and/or its Sub-Contractors and in respect of damages to property arising out of performance of the Work. This insurance shall include NLHC and the occupant of the property as Additional Insureds. The Contractor shall not commence any work until a Certificate of Insurance, obtained at the Contractor's expense, has been received and approved by NLHC as specified herein.
