The City of Baytown seeks competitive bids for an annual contract for demolition of residential building(s) and/or structures(s) throughout the City in accordance with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Baytown, Texas. This contract will be for one (1) year, with annual options to renew, so long as both parties agree to the contract renewal. Est. Value: $ 400,000.00 Pre-Qualification: Yes The deadline for submitting questions is October 26, 2023 at 4 pm. All questions must be submitted in email format to purchasing@baytown.org. The Purchasing Division will issue a response by addendum to answer all questions by October 30, 2023 at 4 pm. The City of Baytown seeks competitive bids for an annual contract for demolition of residential building(s) and/or structures(s) throughout the City in accordance with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Baytown, Texas. This contract will be for one (1) year, with annual option to renew, so long as both parties agree to the contract renewal. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the City of Baytown for the annual demolition of residential structures contract. The number of structures or buildings to be demolished is not known to the City during the term of this annual contract. Any estimates are not intended to set forth minimum or maximum dollars of this contract and shall not be construed as such. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage. The City of Baytown reserves the right to go out for bids for larger projects. This annual contract is not to be used for demolition of commercial properties.
