Reference Number 0000332849 Delivery Point Croton Lake Road & Lois Place Intersection Mount Kisco, New York United States 10549 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/20/2023 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online If you have any questions regarding this project, please contact the New Castle Town Engineer, Mr. Robert J. Cioli, P.E. at rcioli@mynewcastle.org. Please note that all work must be completed within Three (3) weeks from the date of the written Authorization to Proceed (weather permitting). At that time, a final product shall be received by the Town. The Town of New Castle is presently accepting proposals for professional land surveying services for the Right-of-Way located at the intersection of Croton Lake Road and Lois Place (Mount Kisco) located within the Town of New Castle, Westchester County, New York. The project area location is bounded by SBL: 71.6-6-15 (15 Little Pine Road), SBL: 71.70-1-7 (160 Croton Lake Road), SBL: 71.10-1-6 (1 Louis Place), and SBL 71.10-1-3 (174 Croton Lake Road). Please see the attached "Location Map" sheet LM-01. A property line survey that delineates the Right-of-Way with the existing topography of the indicated area shall be prepared by a New York State Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. The existing Right-of-Way boundary shall be field staked with iron rods and wooden lathes by a New York State Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Please see the attached "Limits of Work Map" sheet LW-02 Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The Town of New Castle reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposal, as deemed advisable in the interest of the Town.
