Ho-Chunk Village - Engineering and Design of SCADA/Controls Replacements for the Wastewater Infrastructure System Site Directions: The Ho-Chunk Village community is located east of County Road BD approximately 4 miles north of the City of Baraboo and approximately 3.5 miles south of the Village of Lake Delton. The scope of the work is to review, develop, design, place out for bid (construction)/manage bidding, and manage construction of the wastewater infrastructure control/SCADA system. The system consists of a WWTF and four (4) pumping systems. The timeframe for the design/engineering shall be submitted with the proposals. The design work shall be completed in a timely fashion in order for the actually construction/replacement work to be placed out for bid (due to lead times on control equipment, time is of the essence to complete this design phase). Refer to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for complete scope of work and requirements. Selected firm shall be required to have a thorough understanding of the Village's wastewater system to ensure exact needs of the replacements are met and so that processes are not negatively impacted with the new control system. The selection of the engineering firm will be based on the requirements of the Brooks Act.
