The contract contemplated consists of Door Hardware Material Supply and Installation. Services requested include, but are not limited to the supply and/or installation, maintenance, and repair of the following: Commercial door hardware Doors, hinges, closures Locks, cores, keys Handsets, panic bars, mortises, hold open Protective plates and similarly related items. Subcontractors associated or related to the scope of the work to be performed Electrified Hardware Services may be performed for the following venues but is not limited to: - Oregon Zoo, 4001 SW Canyon Rd, Portland, OR 97221 - Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE MLK, Jr. Blvd., Portland OR 97232 - Portland Expo Center, 2060 North Marine Dr., Portland, OR 97217 - Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Ave, Portland OR 97232 - Metro Solid Waste Facilities: o Central Transfer Station, 6161 NW 61st Ave, Portland, OR 97210 o South Transfer Station, 2001 Washington St, Oregon City, OR 97045 o St. John's Landfill, 9387 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97203 - Portland'5 Centers for the Arts: o Antoinette Hatfield Hall, 1111 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205 o Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, 1037 SW Broadway, Portland, OR 97205 o Keller Auditorium, 222 SW Clay, Portland, OR 97201 - All Metro Parks and Natural Area Facilities (Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties) Contractor may be requested to provide recommendations for various improvements/repairs to existing conditions as well as new installations. Metro may request that contractor supply and install materials or supply materials only. Contractor shall provide written estimates of work as requested by Metro. Provided estimates shall receive Metro approval prior to execution. . It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that Metro receives the Bid by the specified date and time. All late Bids shall be rejected. Bidders shall review all instructions and contract terms and conditions.
