REQUIREMENT: NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. Estimated Price Range: $5 -$10 Million Project Location and Type of Work - This project consists of work on 18.60 miles of gravel road in Fergus County, Montana. The project begins at the Defense Access Road E-11 launch facility approach approximately 4.0 miles northwest of Winifred and continues northwest to the bridge crossing over the Missouri River (known as the PN Bridge). The work includes drainage, sub excavation, roadway reconditioning, aggregate surfacing, aggregate stabilization, guardrail, cattle guards, and signage. The proposed acquisition has one schedule. The primary objective of the proposed contract is to recondition and resurface the existing gravel road, repair the existing roadway drainage and repair or replace existing roadside safety signs and guardrail. This includes the addition of new aggregate and calcium chloride to improve and stabilize the roadway surface. The estimated period of is winter 2023/2024 through summer 2025. RESPONSE: Responses to this Sources Notice should include all information requested in (a) through (j) above. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
