The City of Green Cove Springs is replacing approximately 2,800 linear feet (LF) of drainage pipe. Drainage pipe sizes range from 18" to 54". The drainage improvement project will consist of the installation of 25 inlets. The existing sidewalk and curb (approximately 2,800 LF) will be replaced with a 6' wide x 4" deep sidewalk. All curbing will be 1.5'. Construction drawings with specifications are included in the bid package. Location: Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and West Street, extending south on West Street to Walnut St. Requests for additional information or questions concerning aspects of this Bid Invitation are to be directed to Kim Thomas, at (904) 297-7500 ext. 3320 between 7:00a.m. and 5:30p.m., Monday through Thursday, except legal holidays. Location: Highland Avenue between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Idlewild Avenue. Proposals shall comply with the conditions, instructions, specifications and terms as described in the bid package. Bids shall be mailed or delivered in person to City Hall, Attn: Kim Thomas, 321 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043. Proposals will be opened in the City Hall Council Chambers, 321 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, and read aloud on the date and time specified in the advertisement notice. Bidders and/or representatives are invited to attend.
