The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision, and plant to construct River Ranch Lift Station No. 2-1 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds, permits, and insurance; construction of a twelve-foot (12') diameter pre-cast concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating and well point system and dewatering as necessary, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories; riser piping, valves, and coatings; three (3) access hatches and safety grates; one (1) top slap penetrating spool piece with two blind flanges for future pump; concrete pavement; site work; 12-inch (12") and 16-inch (16") on-site sanitary sewer piping; on-site manhole; on-site 10-inch (10") force main; water line downstream of the water meter; RPZ backflow preventer with enclosure; backflow preventer concrete pad; 125-kW diesel engine driven generator with sound attenuated weatherproof level 2 enclosure and 24-hour integral storage tank; generator concrete foundation; automatic transfer switch; manual transfer switch; load bank testing; 80 kW permanent load bank; lift station control panel; control panel concrete foundation; automatic telephone dialer; electrical service; lighting; electrical service disconnect switches; conduit and wire; fence and gates; trench safety system, all depths; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan implementation, maintenance, and record keeping for lift station construction; construction staking to be performed by Quiddity Engineering, LLC of property corners, manhole, corners of generator foundation, corners of control panel and service rack foundation, and wet well center, one time only; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The project is located in River Ranch Municipal Utility District No. 1. River Ranch Lift Station No. 2-1 will be located approximately 940 feet (940') of the intersection of Highway 146 and River Ranch Boulevard. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a two percent (2%) certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open. All questions shall be submitted to the Engineer via online Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract.
