The East Moline Correctional Center is seeking to procure services for a one-time project to include labor and materials to remove (3) trees and stumps located at the East Moline Correctional Center One time project to include labor and materials to remove (3) trees and stumps. Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and tools to effectively remove (3) three trees located around the facility and their stumps. All debris to be removed also. Vendor shall be able to operate a crane, a bucket truck, skid loaders, and chainsaws and/or any other power equipment used safely and efficiently in this project. All workers on-site shall wear appropriate protective clothing, including eye protection, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts and gloves. It shall be the responsibility of the Vendor to be aware of and adhere to these and all other state and OSHA regulations. Work site and equipment must always be safely secured and monitored to avoid resident and public harm. Equipment must be safely secured when not in use and grounds must be left in a safe condition before vendor leaves for the day. Vendor shall make all repairs and ensure all applicable municipal, county, state and federal codes and laws are adhered to during repair process. This is a one-time service contract. If a start date is not identified, the term shall commence upon the last dated signature of the Parties through 6/30/2024. Vendor shall have the trees and stumps removed within thirty (30) days after execution of this contract unless another timeframe is agreed upon between Vendor and Agency designee.
