Any unforeseen condions that are idenfied during installaon shall be brought to the immediate aenon of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent for resoluon. Service Aer Installaon: The successful bidder shall be qualified to complete warranty diagnosis and repairs on installed equipment. The bidder shall also confirm that they are qualified to complete nonwarranty repairs aer installaon and expiraon of manufacturer's warranty. Proof of Insurance: Proof of Workers Compensaon Insurance coverage and proof of acceptable Comprehensive General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of bodily injury of $1 Million Dollars per occurrence and $2 Million Dollars aggregate and with minimum limits for property damage of $1 Million per occurrence and $2 Million Dollars aggregate will be required upon bid award.
