This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS), to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of a complete dual train greensand filtration water treatment system for the Narrow Hills Provincial Park Water Treatment Plant (WTP), capable of treating raw water supplied from true groundwater wells and able to provide 125 m3/day of potable water. The manufacturing and delivery of the treatment equipment must be completed on or before June 30, 2024. It is the Ministry's intent to use a General Contractor to perform the installation off the greensand filtration system at the Narrow Hills WTP, with commissioning of the equipment to occur by the Successful Supplier following the installation, on a set of dates that is agreed upon by all parties. The criteria and assumptions in this RFP are to be used for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of a dual train greensand filtration system. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
