Offerors must carefully read the entire Invitation for Bid package. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Any questions must be received by Jeff Stoddard via email jstoddard@willcox.az.gov at least ten (10) working days prior to the Closing Date and Time. Any correspondence related to an Invitation for Bid should refer to the appropriate Invitation for Bid number, page, and paragraph number. The City will not be responsible if you adjust your bid based on any verbal statements made by employees or officers of the City, particularly if such statements conflict with the Solicitation. You may request the Buyer to issue an addendum to the Solicitation. Any changes to this Invitation for Bid will be in the form of a published addendum. Ironwood drainage includes adjusting the road profile and grading for approximately 2,338 ft. This also includes the construction of valley gutters. The project does follow the Cochise Standards and Details. In addition, the improvements to the stormwater will include 1,375 feet of 18" HDPE, 1 catch basin, 4 drywells with inlet manhole covers, a concrete wet well with lift station located at the south end of the project. The outlet for the storm water will drain to a proposed basin which will be located by the City of Willcox.
