The Project Includes the Following Work: Work Under This Project Includes, but is Not Limited to, All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Incidentals for the Installation of a 225 Kw Emergency Standby Generator at the Middle Street Pump Station, Including General Conditions and Mobilization, Earthwork, Site Restoration, Cast-in-place Concrete, Conduits, Controls, Alarm and Instrumentation Systems, And All Incidentals as Required for a Complete Working Unit. Bids Are Requested for the Following Contract: Middle Street Pump Station Generator Upgrade The Intent is to Date the Notice to Proceed For When the Project Construction Activities Will Actually Start. The Procurement Process May Be Conducted Ahead of the Notice to Proceed and the Time Involved With Procurement Will Not Count Against Contract Time. All Iron and Steel Products Used in This Project Must Be Produced In the United States. The Term "iron and Steel Products" Means the Following Products Made Primarily of Iron or Steel: Lined or Unlined Pipes and Fittings, Manhole Covers and Other Municipal Castings, Hydrants, Tanks, Flanges, Pipe Clamps and Restraints, Valves, Structural Steel, Reinforced Precast Concrete, and Construction Materials.
