As of October 25,2023, no bids received. Harbormaster Building Roof Replacement. The City is requesting proposals from licensed contractors or vendors to provide labor and materials for the replacement of the Harbor Master Office building roof located at the ocean-side end of the Pleasure Pier in Avalon. Contractor shall perform and complete all Work under this Contract within 30 calendar days, beginning the effective date of the Notice to Proceed Contract Time Contractor shall perform its Work in strict accordance with any completion schedule, construction schedule or project milestones developed by the City.
