Sanborn County Park Fuel Tank Replacement. Q & A deadline: Oct 25, 2023 8:00:00 PM EDT. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier s check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to The County of Santa Clara. The successful bidder must deliver a signed Agreement, payment bond, performance bond, and all required insurance documents to the Director of Procurement, or designee, for acceptance before Owner will execute the Agreement and issue a Notice to Proceed with the Work. The Work will consist of replacing the fuel tanks at Sanborn County Park. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Liquidated Damages The Completion Date for the Project Work Shall Be as Agreed Upon by Both Parties, and As Specified in the Work Order Request. The Work May Be Commenced Only After Owners Issuance of the Notice to Proceed, Issued by Owner;s Authorized Representative.
