Locations include; Well 3A 54 Anne St S, Well 4A 99 Perry St, Wells 19 36 Boulton Court, Well 20 Tiffin St & Boulton Court, Innisfil BPS 380 Innisfil St. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Engineering Consulting Services has been issued by the owner. This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Barrie (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Booster Pump Station Upgrades, Commissioning of Existing Wells, and Well Construction, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The intent of this RFP is to select a consultant project team with extensive experience in vertical water infrastructure The selected proponent will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The terms and conditions found in the Form of Agreement (Appendix A) are to form the basis for commencing negotiations between the City and the selected proponent. It is the City's intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The agreement will remain in effect until December 31, 2025 or until the completion of the Deliverables to the City's satisfaction. Anticipated Execution of Agreement Week of December 4, 2023. Enquiries should be directed through the owner's procurement website, prior to November 1, 2023, 2:00:00 PM (EDT). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
