The Clay County Emergency Telephone Systems Board (911 Board) will be accepting sealed bids from interested parties for an upgrade of our Radio Communications System. Bidders are responsible for submitting their bids to the appropriate location on or prior to the time indicated. The Clay County ETSB reserves the right to reject any and all bids, modify any said bid with the approval of said bidder, to consider alternatives to the bids submitted and waive irregularities and technicalities. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) Please contact the Clay County 911 Coordinator at the above address, e-mail to 911@claycounty. illinois.gov or telephone at 618- 662-7070 during regular business hours for a copy of the requirements for the Communications System Upgrade. Additional Information / Question Deadline Octrober 17, 2023 Bidders are responsible for reporting, in writing, any errors or questions in the bid specifications to: Clay County E-911 123 N. Locust Flora, IL 62839 Questions or clarifications regarding the technical specifications must be made in writing, on or before October 17, 2023. Verbal questions will not be entertained. The Clay County E911 l will respond in writing 72 hours prior to the bid opening.
