South Lancaster Township Facility Expansion Site Directions: Contact South Lancaster Township Est. Completion Date: June 14, 2024 Written inquiries shall be mailed or hand delivered to Joe Bailie, Delta 3 Engineering, Inc., 875 S. Chestnut Street, Platteville, Wisconsin, 53818. Electronic inquiries shall be emailed to the following email address: joe@delta3eng.biz with the subject line South Lancaster Township Facility Expansion The Project consists of site excavation/fill; a single level cold storage addition (996 sq.ft.), electrical, plumbing, concrete apron, and site restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 60.47, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903(1m) of the Wisconsin Statutes. There are no prevailing wage rates for this Project. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the Bidder as soon as the contract is signed. If after 15 days the Bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Bidder is required to deliver the original certified check, bank money order, or bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Delta 3 Engineering, Inc., Attn: Ms. Christine Buswell, 875 S. Chestnut Street, Platteville, Wisconsin 53818. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any item or portion of the work, or to omit portions of the work, as may be deemed necessary by the Owner, and the same shall in no way affect or make void the contract, except those additions to, or deductions from, the contract price will be appropriately made. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
