Marengo Towa The City of Marengo, Iowa, is seeking proposals from qualified firms and parties to perform debris hauling and disposal removal services at specified locations within city limits. Parties interested in submitting proposals must provide all tools, equipment, fuel and manpower to perform the work consistent with this proposal and any subsequent agreement. Scope of Services: Hauling and disposal of specified debris piles, cleanup of site to a condition that is acceptable to the city Required Commitments by Contractors: 1.Contractors submitting proposals pursuant to this Request for Proposal shall be required to commit to the completion of the work on or before April 1st 2024. 2.Contractor is to repair, replace or otherwise correct, at their cost, any damage to the City's property caused by the contractor or the contractor's employees or subcontractors. 3.Contractor is to acknowledge that they, and their employees or subcontractors, are not employees of the City of Marengo. The City of Marengo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities or inconsistencies when deemed in the best interest of the City of Marengo.
