This project will improve guardrail at 4 locations associated with the 2021 Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Overlay portion of the Clark County Public Works road preservation program. Improvements include removing and replacing obsolete or damaged existing guardrail according to Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) standards, and associated work. Primary bid items: Removing Guardrail, Removing and Resetting Beam Guardrail, Raising Existing Guardrail, Beam Guardrail Type 1, Beam Guardrail Type 1 - 6ft Long Post, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 1 - 6ft Post, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 1 - 8ft Long Post, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 1 - 8ft Post, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 10, Beam Guardrail Anchor Type 31 - 6ft Long Post, Type 31 - 8ft Long Post, Type 31 - 9ft Long Post, Beam Guardrail Type 31 Non-Flared Terminal High Speed, Beam Guardrail Type 31 Non-Flared Terminal Low Speed, Beam Guardrail Transition Section Type 24, Traffic Control, Seeding and Mulching The County reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids, or cancel the bid if the best interests of Clark County are not served For questions regarding Clark County Public Works' Title VI program, or for interpretation or translation services for non-English speakers, or otherwise making materials available in an alternate format, contact Clark County Public Works' Title VI Coordinator via email at CCPWTitleVI@clark.wa.gov or phone 564-397-4944.
