Scope of Work includes but not limited to (for detailed scope of work please refer to the Issue for Tender documents): o Hazmat remediation if required. o Provide hoarding as required to meet the Health Authorities infection control guidelines and requirements. o Demolition keynotes (refer to architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural documents for demolition of existing services and devices). o New construction keynotes (refer to architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural documents). o Installation of clinical sink and hand hygiene sink (FIR vault). Estimated OAK Linac out of service: end of March 2024 Estimated construction start: April 2024 Estimated construction finish: May 2024 Estimated Identify System installation in Oak vault start: June 2024 A bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the Tender price is required and must be submitted with the Tender. Certified cheques and letters of credit will not be accepted. Tenders without an accompanying bid bond, or a bid bond in an insufficient amount, or a bid bond that is not signed, will be automatically rejected.
