Scope of Work (Sow) 6.1 Preventive Maintenance Schedule and Response Time: 6.1.1 the Preventive Maintenance Schedule Will Include One (1) Comprehensive Annual Inspection and Maintenance Visit and Three (3) Quarterly Periodic Inspection and Maintenance Visits. The Inspection and Maintenance Check Points Will Meet or Exceed Those Provided in Samples. The Dates of These Preventive Maintenance Visits Will Be Provided to Facilities Within Ten (10) Working Days of the Contract Award. This is to Allow Them to Be Placed on a Preventive Maintenance Schedule. These Visits and the Maintenance Associated With the Service Are Included in the Cost of Service. A. All Items Are Subject to Compliance With the Terms and Conditions And Minimum Specifications. 6.1.2 Contractor's Response Time Shall Be Within 2-hours From the Acknowledgement Of Call From the College. Contractor's Personnel Shall Be on Campus Within 2 Hours From Time of Acknowledgement Otherwise Liquidated Damages May Be Applied for Failure to Response Within the 2-hours Window. Liquidated Damages May Be Assessed for Every 15 Minutes if Contractor's Personnel Fails to Meet After the 2-hour Response Time. Liquidated Damage Amount Shall Be The Contractor's Labor Hour Fee Listed in the Price Sheet Deducted From the Invoice.
