SRC requires the supply of Water and Septic Services for the temporary trailers servicing the Rare Earth Elements (REE) plant(s) in Saskatoon. SRC requires the supply of Water and Septic Services for the temporary trailers servicing the Rare Earth Elements (REE) plant(s) in Saskatoon. For SRC's SXU plant testing period, we require water deliveries totalling 400,000 Liters of fresh water and the removal of 400,000 l of brine water annually to Bay P-820 51st street for tank commissioning. Deliveries will be arranged on an as needed basis. Respondent will also supply us with 1900 l of potable water, as well as the removal of 1900 l of sewage every two weeks from Bay R-820 51st street. This service will be required until late 2024. The water & wastewater service is required until approximately spring/summer of 2024, due to the city water lines not being installed at the time of SRC's testing. This RFQ process is not intended to create a formal, legally binding bidding process and shall not give rise to the legal rights or duties applied to a formal Contract A binding bidding process or any other legal obligations arising out of any tendering process contract or collateral contract, and instead shall be governed by the common law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. No legal obligation regarding the procurement of any good or service shall be created until the Saskatchewan Research Council and the selected respondent have entered into a written agreement for the Deliverables.
