Taylor County District Schools Taylor County Middle School TCMS Perimeter Wall You are invited to bid on a General Contract for a Perimeter Wall Fence at Taylor County Middle School. This project consists of approximately 1,350 linear feet of precast concrete security fencing. All bids must be a lump sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. All Bidders are to submit with the Bid Package, a properly executed "Contractor's Qualification Statement" AIA Document- 305 which is to include an experience, competence and performance report and references from at least three prior projects similar in size and scope, along with the name of a contact person for each of those projects. Taylor County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Bid Specs 1. 1350 linear ft of pre cast concrete perimeter wall. 2. Columns set at 20 ft center with precast walls set between each column. 3. Columns solid 14inches wide and 8.5 inches deep. 4. Footer for each column to be according to detail and design for Permawall 2.0. 5. Wall shall have openings for 8 perimeter security gates. Two openings at 12ft. 8 inches, 1 at 10 ft., 1 at 6 ft. and 4 at 8 ft.. 6. All spec to be equivalent to Permawall 2.0 by Permacast. All alternatives must be equal to or exceed these guidelines and be approved by Taylor County School District. 7. Wall to be completed no later than April 1 2024 ounless negotiated with Taylor County School District.
