This project for utilities and surfacing improvements of Dogwood Lane, between Columbia Boulevard and Mendenhall Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley area of Juneau, Alaska. DESCRIPTION OF WORK. This Project consists of construction work including traffic control, removing asphalt, perform 12" road sub cut, excavation, replacement of existing water main and services with new, replacement of existing sewer main and services with new, installing new sanitary sewer manhole, replacement of existing storm sewer system and storm drains with new, placing and compacting road base, installing concrete valley gutter, placing pavement, resetting mailboxes, and other miscellaneous improvements necessary for a complete project. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $800,000 and $850,000. COMPLETION OF WORK. The WORK must be completed by September 15, 2024, or 60 days from the commencement of work, whichever comes first.
