The Village School of North Bennington (VSNB) invites mechanical contractors, general contractors, and construction managers to submit bids for improvements to the North Bennington school building. This is a complete HVAC system installation, the work will include procurement and coordination of qualified subcontractors for various trades in support of the work, including without limitation, electrical work, structural work, cutting and patching, and any and all other work to achieve a complete and acceptable finished project. HVAC work includes: Install rooftop air handler unit, run associated ductwork per drawings, integrate controls with current HVAC control software. STIPULATION: Any work to be done to the roof membrane must be done by Firestone certified contractors Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities, and to accept any bid that the Owner believes is in its best interest Construction to begin no sooner than June 17, 2024. Construction must be completed prior to September 1, 2024 BONDING: A Bid Bond in the form ofAIAA310 will be required for 5% of the Construction Cost. A Performance and Payment Bond in the form ofAIAA312 will be required for 100% of the Construction Cost. A payment bond on the part of the contractor for 100 percent of the contract price is also required
