Concrete Sidewalk Repair - BC Justice Center Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidder's contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashier's check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated above at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601 All Bid Addenda will be issued electronically. Therefore, all interested respondents must check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
