Contract 1 will include upgrades to the existing pump stations along Georges Branch & Montgomery Creek Roads and replacement of two (2) pressure reducing valves and master meter along Big Branch Road and related appurtenances. Contractor(s) shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and reclamation necessary to complete the construction of each contract. The construction of this project will be funded with funds made available from the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Division of Abandoned Mine Lands AMLER Program. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for construction projects receiving Federal aid including, but not limited to, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
